The Decision Architecture™ Diagnostic Framework is a developing methodology for examining how critical organisational decisions are triggered, authorised, escalated, executed and learned from.

Its purpose is to make decision-system behaviour observable and progressively measurable — identifying where ambiguity, latency, unnecessary escalation, decision friction and weak feedback loops may be affecting operational performance.
